Beyond Breast Cancer* is a program offered to anyone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer and completed active treatment.
We understand that a breast cancer diagnosis is a life changing event that does not end once treatment is completed. Survivorship is the next phase, and it is different for everyone.
To access the Breast Cancer Survivorship Program, simply ask to be referred through the Cancer Clinic, your surgeon/oncologist or primary care provider.
New patients are required to complete a Patient Registration Form. Please download and complete at home and then submit to our office.
All patients will be seen at The Rae Fawcett Breast Health Clinic.

Dr. Leia-Stephen is a General Surgeon with extensive experience in the management of Breast Cancer. She established the Survivorship Program in 2017, recognizing the long-term and diverse effects of breast cancer and its treatment.
